The main purpose of this position is to provide professional administrative support services for the Data Management Unit related to incarcerated individuals records, facility population counts, audits and individual system access requirements. This will include the assisting, coordinating, compiling and processing data in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to the Data Management Unit. This position acts as the incarcerated individual locator for the public and various state agencies via phone, email and fax correspondences. Processing of local agency reimbursement of jail bills received for incarcerated individuals maintained in their facilities. This position also assists with the preparation of training materials and classes hosted by the data management unit.
Candidates may be responsible for providing their own transportation as needed to access meetings, remote locations, and job destinations as assigned.
