Job summary

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center's Data Impact & Governance team seeks a Program Coordinator to lead day-to-day operations of the enterprise Data Literacy Program. You will partner with educators, technologists, and stakeholders to expand reach and impact across UT MD Anderson, UT System, and DIR.

Ideal candidate has a Master's degree and proven experience building or growing new programs, strong executive communication, and comfort with Power BI, Excel, and independent work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years in program coordination or related work.
• Experience building or growing new programs, data/AI initiatives desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations and delivery of enterprise Data Literacy Program.
• Manage schedules, curricula, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support budgeting, invoices, and financial projections.
• Track metrics and outcomes aligned with business priorities.
• Support development of educational content and learning strategy.
• Facilitate online and in-person data literacy trainings.
