Job summary

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Data Literacy Program, partnering with educators, technologists, and stakeholders to expand reach and impact, while ensuring learner-centered delivery across UT MD Anderson, UT System, and the Texas Department of Information Resources.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s Degree, with experience building programs, executive communication, and data/AI work in healthcare or technology settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced program leadership.
• Experience building or growing new programs, data/AI initiatives, and executive-level communications in healthcare or tech settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations and delivery of the enterprise Data Literacy Program.
• Manage schedules, program plans, curriculum calendars, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support financial projections, annual budget cycles, and invoice preparation activities.
• Coordinate program objectives to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all initiatives.
• Track performance metrics and program outcomes aligned with business priorities.
