MD Anderson Cancer Center seeks a Program Manager to lead the IAILET initiative, coordinating curriculum, governance, and communications. You will work across workforce development, technology, education, and leadership to scale AI literacy and workforce enablement.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree and strong executive‑level collaboration, with experience in healthcare or tech environments, plus proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI. Hybrid work in TX is supported.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5 years of related experience including 3 years program management.
• Experience in healthcare or technology environments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, organize, manage, direct, and implement the IAILET program from documents to final deliverables.
• Develop and maintain program charters, scope, timelines, and strategic priorities.
• Manage plans, budgets, invoicing, analyses, and supporting documentation.
• Lead project teams and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality outputs.
• Develop institutional AI curriculum and learning strategy with leadership.
