Abacus Technology Corporation seeks a Data Links and Communications Engineer to support the EPASS program at Hanscom AFB. This full-time role focuses on data link systems, interoperability, and DoD compliance, with emphasis on testing and deployment.

The position requires 15+ years of experience, a Master’s degree, a TS clearance, and the ability to interact with DoD and federal partners to ensure robust communications across platforms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of data links and communications engineering in DoD environments.
• Master’s degree in a related field; additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Experience documenting Link-16 J11.X interoperability and CONEMP development.

Responsibilities

• Support development, integration, testing, and deployment of Air Force data link systems.
• Ensure data link interoperability, interfaces, and verification requirements.
• Advise program leadership on performance, schedule, and cost issues.
• Interface with multiple agencies to maintain compliance with rules.
