Job summary

Abacus Technology Corporation seeks a Program Manager to provide acquisition and advisory services in support of the EPASS program at Hanscom AFB. This full-time role requires DoD acquisition expertise, strong communication, and a current Secret clearance.

You will work with senior leaders to manage cost, schedule, and performance objectives for weapons systems programs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in program or acquisition management within a DoD environment, a related bachelor’s degree,

Qualifications

• Experience planning, researching, and assessing system acquisitions.
• Knowledge of DoD policies and AFI/DoDI guidance.
• Excellent oral and written communication, stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, research, analyze, and assess system acquisition for development, production, and deployment of weapons systems.
• Formulate plans and recommend strategies to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Support acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports.
• Support program reviews and IMP/IMS reviews with leadership.
• Create and maintain briefings and schedules of program status and tasks for senior management.
