JT4, LLC is hiring for data link and communications roles to support U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy test ranges. The role focuses on data link planning, mission execution, and documentation across Link 16 and related protocols.

You will work with tools like BOSS, ARMS, LEGS, TOES, and MANDRIL, applying the latest standards. Requires clearances and a strong engineering background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited program with 4 years related experience or advanced degree with corresponding experience
• Must be U.S. citizen and able to obtain DoD security clearance to Top Secret with Special Access
• Experience reading and applying MIL-STD data link standards and protocols

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze data link messages for specific aircraft and data link
• Plan and execute Data Link test missions with teammates
• Operate Data Link equipment during missions to collect data and generate documentation
• Read, understand, and implement data link protocols and software tools
