Job summary

Rockdale County Public Schools seeks a Learning Support - Data Interventionist to provide data-informed academic and behavioral interventions across elementary, middle, and high schools as part of the district's CCEIS plan.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, a Georgia Professional Educator Certificate, and experience with MTSS/RTI/PBIS. Collaboration with school teams and strong data expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field is required
• A master's degree is preferred
• Georgia Professional Educator Certificate is required; Special Education certification preferred; Reading Endorsement preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide data-driven academic and behavioral interventions for identified students
• Utilize progress monitoring systems and district data to guide instruction
• Collaborate with MTSS teams, PBIS teams, SST, counselors, and EC Services personnel
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports documenting student outcomes and program fidelity
• Support district CCEIS plan implementation and data-driven decision making
• Assist in reducing inappropriate referrals to special education by ensuring evidence-based interventions are provided and documented
