Responsibilities

• Implement RTI/MTSS framework within the school and collaborate with staff to ensure fidelity to the model.
• Collect and analyze data to identify students needing additional support and monitor progress over time.
• Provide targeted interventions across tiers (small-group instruction, tutoring, behavior strategies) tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, counselors, and others to develop and implement intervention plans.
• Provide consultation to classroom teachers on differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Monitor progress of students receiving interventions and use data to guide decisions.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about progress, strategies, and feedback.
• Collaborate with families to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth at school and home.
• Engage in ongoing professional development on RTI/MTSS best practices and data-driven decision-making.
• Participate in training to enhance assessment and intervention skills.
• Maintain accurate records of interventions and progress data.

Education
