Job summary

You will work with Reporting Experience and Reporting Workflow to ensure the roadmap reflects real customer needs and support go-lives with Customer Experience. Strong collaboration, data-driven decisions, and AI-enabled workflows are core to this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar function.
• Ability to write clear, specific, testable product definitions, PRDs, and use cases with minimal churn.
• Strong fintech or enterprise SaaS domain knowledge, ideally with exposure to investment reporting, portfolio accounting, or data/query platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product direction through data-driven insight and clear communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to take initiative, manage ambiguity, and build strong cross-functional relationships.
• A self-motivated, strong collaborator who can manage competing stakeholder needs and communicate tradeoffs effectively.
• Active use of AI tools as part of your day-to-day PM workflow.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels.
• Serious interest in having fun at work.

Responsibilities

• Curate and govern the datasets and data models the team exposes to Reporting Experience and other consumers.
• Partner with Engineering on Ridgeline's distributed query platform to scale performant querying and analysis over large, complex, cross-domain datasets.
• Partner with domain teams to identify shared governed definitions versus ownership by a single domain.
• Write clear use-case documents, PRDs, and product definitions that are concrete and testable.
• Partner closely with Reporting Experience and Reporting Workflow to ensure roadmap reflects customer needs.
• Support customer go-lives and respond to enhancement requests with Customer Experience and Support.
• Use AI tools throughout the product lifecycle for research synthesis, requirements drafting, and documentation.
• Think creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly.
