Coconino County is seeking an administrative professional to perform duties with moderate complexity and to manage RMS/JMS systems. The role involves training, reporting, and cross-department liaison to support law enforcement-related operations.
Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and IT savvy. This is an in-person position with potential limited remote work and on-call duties.

Four years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical experience; OR, Associate's degree and three years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical experience; OR, Bachelor's degree and two years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
will have excellent attention to detail; excellent customer service skill; technical savvy; experience working with a records management system.
This position is non-exempt from overtime.
