Coconino County Sheriff's Office (Patrol) is seeking an administrative professional to perform moderately difficult clerical work under supervision. The role involves training documentation, managing databases, preparing reports, and acting as a liaison with other departments.

Four years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical experience; OR, Associate’s degree and three years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical experience; OR, Bachelor's degree and two years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
will have excellent attention to detail; excellent customer service skill; technical savvy; experience working with a records management system.
This position is non-exempt from overtime.
