Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Data Entry Specialist, or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional typing speed with high accuracy in data entry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and maintain data in company databases, including customer information, production orders, and inventory records.
• Review and verify data for accuracy, correcting discrepancies promptly.
• Generate regular reports and summaries from databases for management and other departments.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics to ensure data integrity across the organization.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist with developing and implementing more efficient data collection processes.
• Perform other administrative duties to support data management.
