Job summary

Harvard University Central Administration seeks a Data Integrity Manager to ensure high-quality biographical data for fundraising and engagement. The role focuses on importing data from SIS into Advance, maintaining data accuracy, and enabling data-driven strategies across AA&D.

The individual will collaborate with AA&D managers to optimize processes and leverage AI tools where appropriate. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of operational data administration experience, strong SQL/Qlik

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years’ experience as an operational technical administrator.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and Adobe Workfront; SQL & Qlik experience.
• Willingness to engage in events/workdays such as Harvard Alumni Day and College Reunions in Cambridge, MA.
• Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and to work with technical/functional teams.
• Strong communication, organization and project-management skills, including testing and requirements drafting.

Responsibilities

• Lead data integrity initiatives to support fundraising and alumni engagement.
• Oversee imports/exports of large data from campus systems and batch data loads.
• Design ad-hoc queries and reports with SQL and BI tools to support analytics.
• Coordinate with AA&D leadership and external partners to improve processes and systems.
• Supervise a direct report, manage Workfront tasks, and assist onboarding of new staff.
