Job summary

Harvard University seeks a Data Integrity Manager to ensure high-quality biographical data in the AA&D CRM, Advance. The role focuses on importing SIS data, maintaining records as students graduate, and enabling effective alumni fundraising and engagement.

The position requires strong data governance, project management, and collaboration with AA&D managers to improve processes and leverage AI tools for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Six years’ experience as an operational technical administrator with leadership experience in a complex organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), SharePoint; familiarity with FileMaker and Adobe tools.
• Experience with SQL; familiarity with Qlik; knowledge of AI tools used in data operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage five annual data integrity projects: voter eligibility file, graduation-based alumni records, new student/parent records, and regular NCOA updates.
• Partner with AA&D departments and external partners to improve processes and implement data integrity technologies.
• Provide high-quality data services to support fundraising and alumni engagement through accurate data delivery and reporting.
