Job summary

Qualifications

• Six years of operational/technical administration experience with leadership responsibilities
• Experience with data integrity projects, CRM data quality, and reporting analytics
• Familiarity with SQL, data imports/exports, and data governance in a complex environment
• Strong written and verbal communication, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple data integrity projects and ensure high-quality CRM data for fundraising and engagement
• Collaborate with AA&D and other stakeholders to improve data processes and systems
• Oversee data imports/exports from campus systems and batch data loads
• Draft requirements and test plans for backend data changes and coordinate with IT teams
• Supervise one direct report and coordinate with vendors and internal teams
