Responsibilities

• Accurately enter information and ensure data entry conformance with the data plan.
• Tasks included, but are not limited to:
• Reformatting information, such as contact information
• De-duplication
• Verify data relationships according to the data plan
• Escalate issues and seek clarification from Manager as needed
• Manages follow-up activities from identification to closure
