Job summary

LHH in Ontario, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. The role combines precise data entry with data analysis and reporting to support business operations and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling large datasets to identify trends, improve processes, and ensure data integrity. This is a full-time, on-site role in Ontario, CA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data entry, reporting, analytics, or administrative support experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data in company databases and systems.
• Audit records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and summaries to support business decisions.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and tracking reports.
• Assist with KPI reporting and performance metrics analysis.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, and other departments to interpret data.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data management practices.
