Job summary

Jacksonville Housing Authority is seeking a Data Integrity Analyst I to support data integrity across multiple systems including Yardi, HUD PIC, SEMAP, and EIV. The role reports to the Operation Compliance Manager and requires a bachelor’s degree with IT experience and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities include maintaining data accuracy, developing management reports, and providing weekly EIV reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, statistics, or information technology.
• Minimum of three (3) years IT experience or equivalent education/experience.
• High degree of competency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Working knowledge of JHA policies and procedures, analytical techniques, and data collection instruments.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily use and management of data in Yardi and HUD systems.
• Develop reports to manage data integrity in the property management system.
• Maintain and validate information across Yardi, PIC, and HUD EIV systems.
• Support day-to-day operations and strategic planning for data management.
• Provide weekly EIV reports to Compliance Specialists for correction.
• Coordinate training for staff and vendors and ensure access forms are completed.
