Title: DATA INTEGRITY ANALYST Impact & Evaluation, Youth & Family Well-being (YFWB) AND Risk Management

Reports to: Senior Data Integrity Manager, Impact & Evaluation, YFWB

Location: 305 Seventh Avenue, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10001

Hours: 35 Hours/Week; Exempt (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Salary: $61,000-$68,500/year

Job Summary: The Impact and Evaluation Department’s mission is to support programs in managing their contracts and learning from data to strengthen services and impact. This position oversees data integrity across GSS Youth and Family Well Being Programs and Risk Management, ensuring trustworthy and reliable data for analysis and reporting. The role acts as a liaison between staff, IT, and program teams, monitoring incident reports, updating dashboards, and maintaining data quality.

Major Duties include:

  1. Monitoring and reviewing participant and program data entry for accuracy.
  2. Managing reconciliation processes for compliance and reimbursement.
  3. Advising and training staff on database usage and best practices.
  4. Creating reports and dashboards for program analysis.
  5. Reconciling participant data across systems.
  6. Collaborating with IT to meet data infrastructure needs.
  7. Supporting incident reporting and risk management data processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Experience with database management, Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Two years social services experience preferred.
