Jobot is seeking a Data Integrations Lead to guide data readiness and migration as advisory firms transition from legacy systems to our enterprise platforms. Sitting between business analysts and engineers, you’ll translate business needs into clear integration requirements and ensure data is complete, accurate, and ready for use.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management, fintech, or financial services operations.
• Experience supporting data migrations or complex platform integrations.
• Strong communication to translate between business and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead data discovery, mapping, cleanup, validation, and migration across core platforms.
• Assess platforms to identify gaps, dependencies, and migration risks.
• Coordinate timelines and issue resolution with internal teams, vendors, and incoming firms.
• Validate data before and after conversions, supporting testing and go-lives.
• Explain technical issues clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Document data flows and processes for scalable future integrations.
