Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience creating, managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing data integrations and ETL/ELT processes.
• Expert-level working experience with Salesforce architecture, data structures, and troubleshooting in Higher Education environments.
• Working experience with API architectures (REST, SOAP), web services, and data transformation protocols.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, validation, and debugging across relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical staff.
