Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to plan, coordinate, execute, and validate migrations into the Quorum SRM solution.

You will work with the Project Manager, business and technical stakeholders, and Ampcus' implementation team to ensure data quality and a secure Go-Live. The role requires 8+ years in enterprise data migration, experience with CRM/SRM/ERP data, ETL and data quality processes, and strong data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years leading enterprise data migrations.
• Experience with data profiling, mapping, and validation.
• Experience with ETL, data transformation, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall Data Migration Strategy, Migration Plan, and Cutover Plan.
• Assess source systems and identify stakeholder, contact, historical, and supporting data.
• Perform data profiling, quality assessments, and gap analysis.
• Define data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation rules.
• Coordinate ETL activities using approved migration tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate to ensure data structures and loading align with the Quorum platform.
• Plan and execute migration rehearsals, mock conversions, and production migration.
• Coordinate business validation of migrated data and resolve issues pre Go-Live.
• Support production cutover, post-migration verification, and Hypercare.
• Prepare migration documentation and data quality metrics.
