Job summary

Allied Solutions LLC in Carmel, Indiana seeks a Data Integration Analyst I to support transformation, configuration, and ingestion of client data files within our insurance tracking systems. You will translate requirements into technical specs and help ensure production-ready data delivery.

You will collaborate with Analysts and ETL developers, participate in validation, testing, onboarding, and post-go-live support as data configurations evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in data mapping, file structure analysis, and transformation logic.
• Familiarity with ETL tools (Informatica or similar).
• Ability to troubleshoot data file ingestion failures and system configuration mismatches.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication, especially with cross-functional teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Ability to understand and edit SQL scripts.
• Experience in completing technical projects in a collaborative team setting.
• Experience with retrieving and transforming data from CSV, XML, or JSON files.

Responsibilities

• Data Transformation and Configuration Setup – Analyze client file formats to extract data requirements and determine transformation needs.
• File Validation and Testing – Conduct field-level validation of test files and help manage UAT.
• Client Communication and Onboarding Support – Participate in onboarding calls and document assumptions.
• Production Support and Issue Resolution – Troubleshoot ingestion failures and coordinate with support teams.
• Documentation and Process Improvement – Maintain mapping documentation and improve templates.
