Job summary

Innovu, a growing Pittsburgh, PA-based data analytics company, is seeking an Integration Analyst I to support client onboarding by profiling data, resolving data quality issues, and collaborating with engineering and PM teams. You will review plan documents, run data quality checks in Excel and internal software, and help ensure timely, accurate data loading to Lens.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience in data analysis, and strong communication skills; exposure to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Exposure to healthcare, health insurance, and/or employee benefits is helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to produce high quality deliverables.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Experience interpreting data analytically.
• Able to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-project activities.
• Ability to plan work, identify issues, and meet deadlines.
• Team-based, collaborative orientation.

Responsibilities

• Implement data to Innovu's platform successfully.
• Review benefit plan design documents to build client accounts.
• Run data quality checks using Excel and internal software.
• Resolve data discrepancies found during checks.
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Work with Project Managers to monitor timelines and escalations.
• Monitor data timeliness and integrity ongoing.
• Support various projects to address process gaps and improve data quality.
• Communicate status of onboarding to Leads and PMs.
