Job summary

Haus Analytics is seeking an Implementation Consultant (Customer Success Onboarding Manager) to own complex onboardings end-to-end, including GeoLift data-wrangling, KPIs, and multi-source setups. You will work with Product, Data, Science, and Engineering to drive fixes and document learnings, while developing deep product knowledge and strong SQL skills.

You’ll apply AI tooling to recurring onboarding tasks and help ensure alignment with the customer measurement strategy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role (onboarding, data/analytics implementation, or technical account management).
• Experience partnering with Product, Data, Science, and Engineering teams to resolve customer-impacting issues.
• Hands-on experience with admin tooling, data troubleshooting, and data warehouse connections.
• Experience writing and executing basic SQL queries.
• Proven track record applying modern AI tooling to technical problem-solving and workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Independently own a full book of onboardings including complex GeoLift accounts and data connections.
• Run Data Onboarding Calls and guide on data risks and prep.
• Own cMMM onboardings end-to-end, including non-API spend setup and data requirements.
• Identify and prototype opportunities to apply AI tooling to onboarding tasks.
• Collaborate with Measurement Strategy Managers to align onboarding with customer strategy.
• Reproduce and file detailed bug reports; collaborate with teams for resolution.
