What You’ll Do:

Relate Search has partnered with an organization seeking a Data Analyst to support an active Microsoft Dynamics ERP rollout and broader data integration efforts. This role will be central to making business data accessible, usable, and ready for migration across multiple systems while partnering closely with business stakeholders, developers, reporting teams, and the ERP implementation team. The ideal candidate will combine hands‑on SQL and data analytics experience with the ability to understand business needs, structure data effectively, and adapt as requirements evolve. This position offers remote flexibility, with Houston preferred, and requires regular travel to locations across the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, organize, and prepare business data for migration and consolidation as part of an ongoing Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation.
• Design and maintain databases, tables, connections, and accessible datasets that support reporting, development, and integration needs.
• Partner with operational and financial stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate business needs into practical data solutions.
• Create targeted data subsets for development and integration teams, helping ensure data can be accessed efficiently without relying on full source datasets.
• Collaborate with ERP implementation, development, and Power BI teams while serving as the primary resource responsible for making data available in the required format.

Qualifications:

• Data analytics experience with working knowledge of SQL; candidates must have both data analytics and SQL exposure.
• Understanding of database design, including table structure, database connections, and the ability to design or stand up a database when needed.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics is strongly preferred; Dynamics Business Central or other Dynamics ERP experience is highly valued.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, ERP integrations, or related data integration environments is preferred.
• Strong business-facing communication skills with the ability to work independently, translate stakeholder needs, adapt to changing requirements, and operate without close day‑to‑day supervision.
• Potential performance‑based incentive compensation tied to individual and company performance.
• Remote flexibility; Houston, TX is the preferred location.
• Approximately 25%–30% travel to U.S. locations, including occasional short‑notice travel.
• Company travel card provided for business travel.
