Job summary

LSU New Orleans is seeking a Data Warehouse Lead to supervise report generation, direct the OIERP Data Warehouse and student warehouse, and manage the ETL system. You will steer SAS/SQL-based analytics and external reporting for state and accreditation bodies.

The role requires strong data management experience, advanced SAS/SQL programming, and the ability to provide data insights to non-technical stakeholders. This on-site position collaborates with IT and institutional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in data management or reporting.
• Advanced SAS or SQL programming.
• Experience providing data/information to individuals without data management or data reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the generation of data reports and direct the production of reports using SAS, SQL, Informatica, and Workday.
• Steer the development and maintenance of the OIERP Data Warehouse, including the student warehouse.
• Manage the ETL system for OIERP/LSU New Orleans, ensuring accurate data flows between systems.
• Oversee programming and external reporting for state, federal agencies, and accreditation bodies.
• Evaluate data reports and provide feedback to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Supervise enhancements of the data warehouse feeding the BI system.
• Undertake additional duties as needed.
