Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field with at least five years of experience, or an Associate's degree with at least five years of related work.
• Minimum five years in data warehousing, data architecture, and ETL processes.
• Proven experience leading a team of data professionals.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, data modeling tools, ETL tools, and data warehousing technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversees end-to-end development and implementation of data warehouse projects to meet business requirements and deadlines.
• Designs data architecture and models supporting storage, retrieval, and analysis.
• Assesses current architecture and recommends cloud migration strategies for efficient data management.
• Develops, optimizes, and maintains ETL processes for accurate data loading.
• Establishes data quality standards and governance for data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Leads and mentors a team of data analysts to help achieve goals.
• Collaborates with stakeholders, IT, and departments to deliver data solutions.
• Maintains documentation of data warehouse architecture and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
