Job summary

The Vermont Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) seeks a Data and Information Project Manager to drive data governance, reporting, and visualization initiatives that support housing targets and progress.

The role involves maintaining website architecture, posting/editing content, and guiding program staff while coordinating with third-party vendors. It requires strong data skills, and experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Azure DevOps is ideal.

Qualifications

Masters' degree AND two (2) years of recent data administration, business analysis, statistics, or design work.
Bachelor's degree AND four (4) years of recent data administration, business analysis, statistics, or design work.
Associate degree AND six (6) years of recent data administration, business analysis, statistics, or design work.
8 years of recent experience in workforce information and data administration, analysis, statistics, or IT systems design.

Responsibilities

Support data management, reporting, and visualization to advance housing data targets.
Maintain and update department website architecture and content.
Collaborate with program staff and vendors to meet data and IT needs.
Participate in the Vermont Housing Data Advisory Group and update housing targets.
