Qualifications

• Proven ability to explain technical topics to non-experts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze ongoing user needs.
• Gather and synthesize data to support informed decisions.
• Review business processes and learn tax and credit programs.
• Quantify and implement software upgrades and enhancements.
• Assess risks when changing processes and analyze benefits.
• Test software changes to meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain process documentation and best practices.
• Provide training on SQL and data in the Department’s databases.
• Communicate project status and issues to the Department.
