Job summary

Harmon, Inc. is seeking a project coordinator to support a project team through lifecycle processes, driving accuracy, proactive communication, and smooth administration across multiple projects.

You will track processes from startup to closeout, assist project leadership, field teams, and clients, gather critical information to predict financial metrics, and develop solid project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• 1-3 years experience in project management or a related field.
• Some construction project experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Tracking project processes from start up to close out.
• Supporting project leadership, field teams, and clients over a project's lifecycle through tracking and driving administrative processes for the project.
• Gathering critical information that enables leaders to predict, analyze, and communicate key financial metrics/results.
• Learning tasks and processes to gain technical industry knowledge and basic project management skills.
