Job summary

Sedgwick, a Fortune Best Workplace in Financial Services & Insurance, seeks a Data Consultant to develop complex reports and analyze company data, including client-specific data; provide training and data analysis education for program staff; and offer technical oversight to client dedicated analysts across field offices.

The role supports forecasting and benchmarking for senior management and communicates data findings to meet client needs; travel may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis preferred.
Experience in an insurance-related field and 1+ years statistical analysis preferred.
Knowledge of risk management information systems including utilization and functionality.
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
Excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, and discretion.

Responsibilities

Develop complex reports and analyze company data for forecasting and benchmarking.
Provide training and data analysis education for program staff.
Offer technical oversight and guidance to client-dedicated analysts located in multiple field offices.
Communicate data findings to senior management and client needs.
Support the organization's quality programs and travel as required.
