Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Data Consultant to develop complex reports and analyze company and client data. You will serve as a technical resource on data analysis, benchmarking, and forecasting for senior management, with responsibilities including training staff and providing oversight to analysts across field offices.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision support, risk management systems knowledge, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with major in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Computer Science courses preferred.
• Experience in an insurance related field and one (1) years statistical analysis strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of risk management information systems including utilization and functionality.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; Computer keyboarding, travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Creates complex data reports and provides analysis for forecasting and benchmarking used by senior management.
• Communicates data findings for forecasting and client needs.
• Provides complex data analysis functions to meet client specific, program or company senior management needs.
• Serves as a resource for colleagues on data analysis and benchmarking issues.
• Provides technical oversight and guidance to client dedicated analysts located in multiple field offices.
• Provides training and data analysis education for colleagues.
• Travels as required.
