Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a Data Consultant to develop complex reports and analyze company data, providing training and guidance to staff across field offices. The role supports forecasting, benchmarking, and senior management decision-making with advanced data analyses.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and experience in insurance data systems, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis.
• Computer Science courses preferred.
• Experience in an insurance-related field strongly preferred.
• Experience with statistical analysis is preferred.
• Knowledge of risk management information systems (RMIS) including functionality.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to meet performance competencies.
• Excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, and discretion.
• Travel as required.
• Auditory/Visual: Hearing, vision and talking.

Responsibilities

• Creates complex data reports and provides analysis for forecasting and benchmarking used by senior management.
• Communicates data findings for forecasting and client needs.
• Provides complex data analysis functions to meet client specific, program or company senior management needs.
• Serves as a resource for colleagues on data analysis and benchmarking issues.
• Provides technical oversight and guidance to client dedicated analysts located in multiple field offices.
• Provides training and data analysis education for colleagues.
• Supports the organization's quality program(s).
• Travels as required.
