You will create forecasting analyses for senior management and communicate insights for client needs.

The role involves providing training on data analysis, offering guidance to analysts in multiple field offices, and supporting the organization's quality programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited college or university; Computer Science courses preferred.
• Experience in an insurance related field and one (1) year statistical analysis strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of risk management information systems including utilization and functionality.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Creates complex data reports and provides analysis for forecasting and benchmarking used by senior management.
• Communicates data findings for forecasting and client needs.
• Provides complex data analysis functions to meet client specific, program or company senior management needs.
• Serves as a resource for colleagues on data analysis and benchmarking issues.
• Provides training and data analysis education for colleagues.
