Job summary

Innova Solutions Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst in Atlanta, GA to join a client project on a full-time, contract basis. You will collaborate with operations to translate requests into data-driven insights and craft complex SQL queries from multiple sources.

You will identify performance drivers and validate data accuracy while delivering actionable recommendations for business impact. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of quantitative analysis experience, solid SQL, and familiarity with Power BI

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analysis, information science, data visualization, or other quantitative field.
• Intermediate SQL knowledge with aggregation, joins, timestamps, subqueries, and data transformation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requests into data-driven results and recommendations in partnership with operational teams.
• Develop complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to understand drivers of performance.
• Validate data results to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
