Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Analyst in the United States to perform data research that backs business conclusions. You will develop SQL queries, dashboards, and data models while maintaining data quality and integrity within cross-functional agile teams.

The role emphasizes building low-code solutions and reporting metrics to improve business outcomes and support CBRE's Data Science & Analytics function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field with 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth experience with SQL, data visualization tools, ETL pipelines, and database management systems.
• Strong programming skills, with experience in Python for data analysis and evaluation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL and other scripting languages to develop and maintain complex queries from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards and assets including scripts, tables, workflows, and processes.
• Apply fundamental data structures and algorithms to solve problems.
• Define basic data requirements and gather information using judgment and statistical tests.
• Use programming and evaluation tools (e.g., Python) to plan models and extract insights.
• Develop and maintain data models, automation systems, and reporting metrics.
