Information Consulting Services of Delaware Valley is recruiting two Data Analysts/Scientists for a contract role with a large utility organization. The team focuses on Digital Products CARE, analyzing usage, billing, and digital engagement data to inform dashboards, reporting, and customer-facing tools.

Responsibilities include building Power BI dashboards, validating data from AMI and CC&B sources, and collaborating with Product Owners and engineers to ensure data quality and actionable

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of professional data analysis experience.
• Prior utility industry experience with AMI data and customer usage datasets.
• Experience with analytics for customer-facing digital products.
• Hands-on Power BI experience creating dashboards and reports.
• Ability to analyze large, multi-source datasets independently.
• Strong data validation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical-to-business translation.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, and business stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.

• Analyze large, complex datasets including AMI usage and billing data.
• Review data extracts and sources to identify trends, anomalies, and data quality issues.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and recurring reports to track engagement and billing metrics.
• Support analytics for customer-facing rate recommendations and bill comparisons.
