Job summary

Consumers Credit Union in Lake Forest, IL is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Enterprise Data Solutions team. You will process large datasets, uncover insights, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced financial environment. Hybrid work schedule with onsite 2-3 days at Lake Forest office; 40+ hours weekly, typical hours M-F 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business or related.
• 4+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related (in a preferred financial institution)
• Experience with data visualization tools, programming languages, SQL, and Microsoft applications desired.
• High problem-solving abilities, self-starter, and willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with cross-functional colleagues and vendors.
• Time management and organizational skills – must have the ability and drive to meet deadlines
• Availability to work 40+ hours/week and be scheduled between the hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Interpret and present data findings to key stakeholders clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, product performance, and strategic goals to provide valuable insights and analytical support.
• Design, develop dashboards and reports to track key metrics and ensure timely delivery of insights.
• Build and manage metrics, documents, templates, reports, and dashboards to understand daily operations and drive decisions.
• Perform data analysis using statistical techniques to identify trends and correlations for business units.
• Ensure data is compliant, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
