Job summary
Modern Woodmen of America in Rock Island, IL is seeking a Data Analyst who can turn data into strategic insights. You will transform data from multiple sources, develop dashboards, and collaborate with business leaders to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, statistics, math, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Ability to connect to, extract, transform, and prepare data from multiple sources.
- Strong data visualization communication via reports and dashboards.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Databricks, and Azure Data Platform preferred.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent organization and time management.
Responsibilities
- Gather, clean and transform data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, visualizations.
- Interpret results using basic to advanced statistical techniques.
- Translate data and business rules into enterprise data models.
- Act as data expert for a business area and identify data needs.
- Educate and mentor users on self-service analytics and reporting.
- Maintain data education resources (training materials, data glossary).
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
