Job summary

Consumers Credit Union in Lake Forest, IL is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Enterprise Data Solutions team. You will process large datasets, uncover insights, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced financial environment. Hybrid work schedule with onsite 2-3 days at Lake Forest office; 40+ hours weekly, typical hours M-F 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business or related.
• 4+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related (in a preferred financial institution)
• Experience with data visualization tools, programming languages, SQL, and Microsoft applications desired.
• High problem-solving abilities, self-starter, and willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with cross-functional colleagues and vendors.
• Time management and organizational skills – must have the ability and drive to meet deadlines
• Availability to work 40+ hours/week and be scheduled between the hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Consumers Credit Union (CCU) is looking for a Data Analyst to join the Enterprise Data Solutions team! This is a great opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst who wants to work for a fast-growing, certified Great Place to Work financial institution!

As a Data Analyst, you will process, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision making. Also, you will interpret complex data and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Schedule/Location:

• This position offers a hybrid work schedule where 2-3 days of your work will be onsite at our Lake Forest corporate office and the rest will be spent working remotely.
• Local Northern IL / Southeast WI candidates only!

Main duties and responsibilities:

The salary range for this role is $67,980 - $108,768 per year. This role is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity. A specific salary offer considers factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
