The Data Insights Analyst is responsible for acquiring, managing, and analyzing data for presentation to internal teams, clients, and partners. The role involves onboarding electronic data trading partners, ensuring successful trading partner implementations, and monitoring data submissions for quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and analytics using data from data warehouse and Salesforce with Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other tools.
• Provide insights by analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and relationships.
• Apply statistical analysis and visualize data to explain findings.
• Investigate outliers or anomalies in data.
• Review and QA data and reports before sharing with clients.
• Communicate with customers regarding data needs and deadlines.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Manage partner requests and questions about data specifications.
• Configure mapping tools for data translation, testing, and documenting processes.
• Act as a data requirements expert internally and for clients.
• Stay updated on data specifications and lead client training on data requirements.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Excel, and SQL.
• Healthcare or pharmacy data experience is preferred.
• Client-facing experience is required.
• Ability to work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
