The Data Insights Analyst is responsible for acquiring, managing, and analyzing data to be presented to internal teams, clients, and partners. The role includes onboarding electronic data trading partners, ensuring successful implementations, and monitoring data submissions for quality issues.

Responsibilities

1. Develop reports and analytics using data from data warehouses and Salesforce, utilizing Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other tools.
2. Provide insights through data analysis, identifying patterns, trends, and correlations.
3. Apply statistical methods to discover relationships and anomalies in data.
4. Create visualizations and narratives to explain data insights.
5. Review and QA data and reports before sharing with clients or internal teams.
6. Communicate with clients regarding data needs and deadlines.
7. Identify and resolve data quality issues.
8. Manage partner requests related to data specifications.
9. Configure and test mapping tools for data translation, providing documentation.
10. Act as a data requirements expert internally and for clients.
11. Stay updated on changes to data specifications.
12. Lead training sessions on data specifications and requirements for clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated individual who can work independently.
• Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Excel, and SQL is essential.
• Experience with healthcare or pharmacy data is preferred.
• Previous client-facing experience required.
• Ability to work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
