Job summary

ModSquad is seeking a Data Analyst to focus on reporting and analytics for operations. You will deliver daily reports, dashboards, and insights that reveal trends, risks, and opportunities to drive informed decisions.

Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, forecasting, capacity planning, and developing staffing heat maps with WFM concepts. You will translate complex data for non-technical stakeholders while ensuring data integrity across all reports.

Qualifications

Advanced Google Sheets with Pivot Tables, Lookups, and complex formulas.
Experience with Zendesk Explore; Tableau is a plus.
Direct experience with WFM concepts, staffing heat maps, scheduling analytics.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reports.

Responsibilities

Produce daily reports, dashboards, and ongoing insights that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
Monitor KPI and SLA to safeguard productivity, accuracy, and operational consistency.
Build forecasting models and capacity insights to support staffing and planning.
Develop staffing heat maps and leverage WFM principles to optimize coverage.
Investigate root causes of inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions.
