Job summary

Sedigwick is seeking a Data Consultant to develop complex reports and analyze company data for forecasting and benchmarking. The role serves as a technical resource for staff and provides training in data analysis across program teams.

The candidate will support senior management with data-driven insights, guide client analysts across field offices, and contribute to quality programs with occasional travel. A business/statistics-oriented degree and insurance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with major in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Experience in an insurance related field and one year statistical analysis strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of risk management information systems including utilization and functionality.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion.
• Auditory/Visual: Hearing, vision and talking.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex reports and analyze company data for forecasting and benchmarking.
• Serve as a technical resource for staff on data analysis and benchmarking issues.
• Provide training and data analysis education for program staff.
• Provide oversight and guidance to client analysts located in multiple field offices.
• Support the organization's quality programs and travels as required.
