Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Data Consultant to develop complex reports and analyze company data for forecasting and benchmarking. You will act as a technical resource for staff across field offices and provide training in data analysis.

The role involves communicating findings to senior management, supporting quality programs, and traveling as required to meet client needs and program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis preferred.
• Experience in an insurance related field and one (1) year statistical analysis strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of risk management information systems including utilization and functionality.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Creates complex data reports and provides analysis for forecasting and benchmarking used by senior management.
• Communicates data findings for forecasting and client needs.
• Provides complex data analysis functions to meet client specific, program or company senior management needs.
• Serves as a resource for colleagues on data analysis and benchmarking issues.
• Provides training and data analysis education for colleagues.
• Travels as required.
