Job summary

The Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc. seeks a Database Analyst to turn IFP data into actionable insights and build dashboards for partners worldwide. This role supports the Integrated Facilities Plan within GE&T, part of WHSES, and is full-time based in Orlando, FL.

The successful candidate will perform statistical analyses, translate large data sets into clear stories, and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives, to influence investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on data analyst experience.
• Experience using Power BI to transform data into dashboards and insights.
• Experience building clear, visually compelling presentations.
• Knowledge of relational databases or data warehouses (SQL, Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analyses using sound statistical techniques
• Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards combining data from multiple sources
• Translate large, complex data sets into actionable insights
• Analyze trends, patterns and irregularities in key metrics
• Effectively communicate results, tailoring the message for technical and non-technical audiences alike
• Develop and produce presentations suitable for an executive audience
• Proactively engage with teammates, partners and leaders - speaking up with ideas, questions and perspective rather than waiting to be asked
