Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights for the United States Marine Corps. You will create dashboards, conduct exploratory and predictive analytics, and automate data ingestion using Power Platform tools.

Qualifications

• Experience building interactive dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data visualization, and predictive modeling.
• Experience using Microsoft Power Platform Tools such as Power Automate.
• Experience with Python including Pandas, NumPy, API integration, SQL, ETL, and ELT.
• Ability to brief senior leaders.
• Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and gaps over time.
• Ability to build and maintain data pipelines and connectors to automate recurring data ingestion.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Use your technical knowledge and analytical mindset to support client and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify, connect, and consolidate data from multiple sources across communication functions.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and connectors to automate recurring data ingestion.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and gaps over time.
• Translate communication goals and objectives into measurable indicators, metrics, and KPIs across outputs, outtakes, outcomes, and organizational impact.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes using Power Automate and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Design and build interactive dashboards, reports, and data models that present assessment findings clearly to senior leaders and staff.
• Develop recurring and on-demand visual products such as trend charts, scorecards, and heat maps that communicate performance against KPIs.
