Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a data analyst/BI engineer to transform large enterprise datasets into actionable insights. You will work on pipeline, relationship management, and financial systems, building dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau.

You will apply data modeling, analytics, and engineering skills in a data-rich environment and interact with leadership to identify trends and performance metrics. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data modeling, analytics, or business intelligence.
• 3+ years of experience with Power BI and Tableau dashboards.
• Knowledge of relational databases and dimensional modeling.
• Knowledge of data engineering syntax and application.

Responsibilities

• Serve as BI engineer and data analyst for the opportunity pipeline and CRM.
• Gather insights and trends to help users understand pipelines related to opportunities, contacts, and lead generation for bid and resourcing decisions.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Utilize statistical concepts and their application, including regression models, distributions, Monte Carlo simulations, and more.
• Design and maintain scalable data models to support reporting and dashboards, and other analytical needs.
• Build and optimize datasets within Databricks using SQL, Spark, Python, or other syntax.
• Leverage AI tools for automated solutions.
• Utilize data lake/warehouse architecture to optimize cloud storage and pipeline performance.
• Automate manual processes to simplify interpretation of analysis.
